LEARN@NOVA
Learn@NOVA is ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥'s learning management system for staff and faculty training and development. Here you can find, register for, and complete live, online, and hybrid training options for your training and professional development.
Topics include: New Employee Orientation, Compliance, Using the Performance Management System, Bystander Intervention, and Hiring Student Workers.
LINKEDIN LEARNING
ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ provides all faculty and staff with access to the full catalog to further advance your professional development. Offered through the University Career Center and Human Resources, this initiative is part of the University's Strategic Plan, "Rooted. Restless."
HEALTH ADVOCATE
ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University offers our employees access to Health Advocate, the nations’ leading healthcare advocacy and assistance company. Health Advocate offers a number of online courses to help you manage stress, learn about nutrition, and develop a fitness routine among other helpful courses.

Office of the Provost
Human Resources works with the Office of the Provost for the Ignite Your Strengths Initiative, which uses the CliftonStrengths assessment tool to engage the ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ community in reflecting on and building upon their strengths.
The Office of the Provost also offers programs through VISIBLE—the ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Initiative to Support Inclusiveness and Build Leaders. VISIBLE encourages and supports the advancement of women in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields. VISIBLE aims to empower academic leaders—in STEM and across all disciplines—through supporting faculty career progression, advocating for and enabling systems change for equity and building inclusive leadership practices.
