College of Nursing welcomes distinguished visitors from Oman
The College of Nursing welcomed His Excellency Dr. Ahmed al-Saidi, Minister of Health of the Sultanate of Oman and Dr. Darwish al-Maharbi, Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Ministry on October 22, 2015. They visited with M. Louise Fitzpatrick, EdD, RN, FAAN, Connelly Endowed Dean and Professor; Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, University president, as well as MSN and PhD students from the Sultanate. The College has welcomed nursing students from Oman for over 20 years and these graduates are one of the largest groups of ֱ alumni outside the United States.
