Driscoll Hall chapel dedicated

Rev. Peter M. Donohue (far right) speaks to Eileen's parents and brother during the Driscoll Hall chapel dedication ceremony.

In memory of Eileen Shea Lupton ’03 BSN, who was from the Chicago area, The Kathleen B. and Charles R. Walgreen III Foundation generously contributed funds for the College of Nursing’s Chapel, a focal point in Driscoll Hall. Funds for the Chapel’s stained glass window were donated by the Charles R. Walgreen III family, also in memory of Eileen. The Walgreens have known the Lupton family for many years.

The Chapel was dedicated by University President Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, on May 3, following a Mass said by Eileen's brother Rev. Brendan Lupton. Eileen's parents, family and friends were in attendance, as well as Dean Louise Fitzpatrick, College administrators and faculty.
