STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE WAIVER
Please see below for the instructions to waive student health insurance. Should you still have questions, please contact First Student at 1-800- 505-4160 or by visiting their website. We have not had any VA students have an issue waiving the insurance so hopefully the instructions below are helpful.
- Where we ask for 鈥淢ember ID Number鈥� they should input Benefits Number as this is how it is labeled on their Veteran (VA) ID card.
- The VA Benefits/TRICARE are listed on the drop down option about what type of insurance they have.
- Anyone on TRICARE (including dependents) get issued and US Uniformed services ID card with their information on it. They can also request 鈥減roof of insurance" from the .
