Graduate Resident Directors
Our Graduate Resident Directors (GRD) are our live-on paraprofessional staff supervisors. The GRDs directly supervise the Resident Assistant staff teams and are responsible for the overseeing of daily operations of assigned hall(s), including building maintenance, planning and implementing community building efforts, policy enforcement, and crisis intervention. The GRDs help foster a safe and inclusive living and learning community that engages personal exploration and promotes care for the common good.
GRADUATE RESIDENT MINISTERS AND PEER MINISTRY
Graduate Resident Ministers (GRMs) live in first-year or second-year residence halls and develop opportunities for undergraduate students to grow holistically through participation in liturgy, service, social justice work, retreats and shared reflection. Meet the GRMs!
Campus Ministry also trains and provides ongoing spiritual formation for undergraduate residential students who provide a ministerial presence in their residence halls and throughout campus. Meet the Peer Ministers!
