Academic leaders across campus who are passionate about advocating for and enabling systems change for equity and building inclusive leadership practices can get involved through initiatives offered by VISIBLE.

Affiliated Faculty

The VISIBLE Affiliated Faculty program aims to help ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ build a community of practitioners and scholars with interest in bringing inclusive leadership theory and practice to their profession.

Supplemental Funding

Supplemental Funding for Growing Inclusive Departmental Culture and Hiring Practices supports efforts at the department level to build robust pathways and cultures for inclusive faculty hiring.

Academic Leaders Peer Network

The Academic Leaders Peer Network (ALPN) serves needs for professional development, peer support, and interaction with the Office of the Provost for all who serve in Department Chair or equivalent roles, including Program Directors, many Associate Deans and others. The ALPN meets two-three times per semester, including a semesterly meeting with the Provost.

COVID Impacts on Faculty Careers

Research on the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic for academic work points to significant impacts on workload and productivity with implications for career outcomes.
