MASTER'S DEGREE AND POST-GRADUATE CERTIFICATES
Your Career. Next Level.
The Fitzpatrick College of Nursing's Graduate Nursing Program allows students the opportunity to pursue their Master's in Nursing (MSN) or complete a post-graduate certificate on a part-time or full-time basis through a combination of online and in-person courses taught by world-class faculty.
Graduate Nursing students select a master's degree track depending on career interests and professional development goals. Tracks range from 45-47 credits, which include core, clinical, role development and elective courses. At the master's level, emphasis is placed on both advanced knowledge and role excellence. The program is structured to assist you in assimilating nursing roles, which is critical as you advance to a new career level.
A post-graduate certificate program is available to students who already have a master's degree in nursing. These programs may include course work to re-establish a base of knowledge in a particular area as well as courses in advanced practice not included in the applicant's original degree program.
