FAITH & LEARNING

The Center for Faith & Learning provides opportunities for students, faculty and staff of all faiths, traditions and backgrounds to look at one's life journey through introspection of the mind and the depths of the spirit. Rooted in the Augustinian tradition of community, the Center promotes and supports critical inquiry among friends who are dedicated to the integration of faith and life learning.

OUR HALLMARK PROGRAM

The Scholars Program connects student scholars and faculty mentors, supporting them through a three-year life journey of discovery, reaffirming that which is positive and encouraging in order to inspire growth, acceptance of others and encourage self understanding.

"Being a Faith and Learning Scholar has given me the ability to develop relationships with faculty mentors as well as other students who are interested in discussing matters of faith and reason."

Interested in becoming a Faith & Learning Scholar or Mentor? Please fill out the appropriate application and we will be in touch.

FACILITATING & FOSTERING INTERCONNECTION

The Faculty Dialogue Luncheon program gathers University faculty for a monthly event, providing a supportive atmosphere to "see one another." At each luncheon, three faculty members present for 8-10 minutes each and share their faith and teaching journeys.

LIVING & JOURNEYING TOGETHER

One of many ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Learning Communities, the Faith & Reason Learning Community is available to first-year resident students. It invites students who are living in residence halls together to take classes and explore faith and reason as a group.
