SPIRITUALITY & COMMUNITY

From your first days at ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥â€”whether you’re a student, faculty or staff—we are here to help you foster greater and deeper connections within yourself and within our community. We invite you, no matter your background or faith tradition, to grow in your connection to the spirit, meaning and purpose. Through retreats, residential and group-specific ministries, individual spiritual direction and more, we walk beside you on your journey.

Growing Spiritually

Our programs and weekly experiences allow you to explore individually or with a group as you grow spiritually.

Mindfulness

Centering prayers and mindfulness practices cultivate a place of rest and attentive presence in the midst of our busy and distracted lives. These practices are shown to have positive impacts on our physical and mental health.

Living Communally

ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ invites you to engage spiritually in communion with others through our varied opportunities.
