FAQS
HIRERIGHT PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING
HireRight sends their invitation and follow-up information requests from noreply@hireright.com.
There is no standard completion time for the HireRight Pre-Employment Screening. The timing can vary from several days to several weeks. Once the information is submitted by the finalist and the background clearance process is started by ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥, turnaround time is no longer dictated by the University and can vary and be delayed due to a number of factors including:
- Locations where the individual lived
- County and state response times
- Educational and employer response times
After the results are received by the University, the report needs to be reviewed and depending on the data received, may need to be investigated further.
Individuals needing to reach HireRight's Customer Service can call the following number: 1 (866) 521-6995.
