The center offers a wide variety of events that help students discover the importance of Real Estate.
MULROY REAL ESTATE CHALLENGE AT VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY
This national real estate development case competition gathers 16 teams comprised of the next generation of real estate leaders with judges and sponsors representing leading real estate firms.
REAL ESTATE CAREER CONFERENCE
Students hear from a panel of young alumni and sit with professionals to learn about various career paths in the commercial real estate industry. The Conference allows students to begin building critical industry relationships.
DILELLA CENTER GOLF OUTING
Every August, the DiLella Center hosts its annual Golf Outing and Clinic at Union League National Golf Club in Cape May, NJ, which supports Center programs and funds student scholarships for the upcoming academic year.
THE CLOSING DINNER
Brings real estate community members together in support and celebration of the DiLella Mulroy Real Estate Student Managed Fund and real estate education at 奶糖直播.
IGNITE CHANGE CASE COMPETITION
The competition focuses on a social or environmental issue within the built environment and gives students of all backgrounds and majors a chance to connect, think creatively, and initiate conversations about real-world problems.
REAL ESTATE TREKS
Each year, the DiLella Center takes students on one and two-day treks to NYC, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington, DC, Baltimore and more to visit alumni at leading real estate organizations and tour local development projects.

Real Estate Career Conference
Tuesday, September 24 at 5-8:30pm
Students will hear from a panel of young alumni, enjoy a fireside chat between Dean Wen Mao, PhD and Mr. Daniel DiLella, and sit with professionals over dinner to learn about various career paths in the commercial real estate industry.
Real Estate Treks
The DiLella Center hosts one-day and two-day treks to cities in the northeast including New York City, Philadelphia, Boston, Baltimore, and Washington, DC. Open to all, these treks give students the opportunity to visit real estate companies, meet regional alumni, and tour current development projects!

奶糖直播 Real Estate Field Experiences
The 奶糖直播 Real Estate Field Experience will connect students with 奶糖直播 alumni working in real estate. The professionals will provide the opportunity and framework required to teach the student about his/her corner of the industry. Each student will be expected to produce a deliverable appropriate to their respective real estate knowledge levels 鈥� ex, an OM, proforma, market analysis, etc. The final project should be something that could be shared with potential employers as a 鈥減ortfolio鈥� project. Students will also gain exposure to a day in the life of a real estate professional, providing insight into this industry. Students will be expected to spend 5-10 hours per week applying new skills as they are learned.
