Gaining the leadership and decision-making skills to masterfully navigate a complex, disruptive, and dynamic marketplace is more important than ever. Your leadership development journey starts on your first day of the Executive MBA program and continues even after you receive your degree. Leadership development is integrated into every aspect of the program – from dedicated leadership courses and projects to individualized executive coaching.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
As a supplement to the program’s coursework, you will also participate in a series of co-curricular workshops designed to foster successful leadership. These sessions deliver cutting-edge, experiential learning experiences from renowned faculty. They also serve as program-type elective sessions as the cohort is given the opportunity to share their preferences regarding topics that they find most appealing and critical for their continued leadership transformation. One of the most valuable aspects of our leadership development program is the executive coaching program where you will receive one-on-one coaching from a professional executive coach. This relationship provides you with a focused, in-depth and data-driven approach that fosters the personal transformation of leadership and interpersonal skills required of 21st century leaders.
Through the executive coaching program you will:
- Achieve heightened internal and external self-awareness by identifying and better understanding your strengths, proficiencies and developmental needs.
- Interpret and leverage feedback from a variety of assessment tools and perspectives, including personality and interest self-report assessments, as well as assessment data from other stakeholders (i.e. 360-degree feedback, team member feedback).
- Utilize a Leadership Development Journal (LDJ) to create your personalized and dynamic leadership development plan.
Built on a foundation of trust, the executive coaching program provides a safe and supportive environment throughout your EMBA journey that inspires continuous reflection, learning and personal growth.
For those exploring possible career changes or seeking general career guidance, individualized career coaching is an optional service available to all program participants.
Participation in this program provides access to a seasoned executive career coach with expertise in career and self-exploration assessments, developing networking strategies, uncovering the hidden job market, building/enhancing resumes and LinkedIn reviews. You can expect a personalized approach aimed at developing insightful career opportunities and strategies for achieving your professional goals.
