As a premier business school, VSB prepares students to serve as ethical leaders within a competitive global business environment. We achieve this by immersing students in rigorous, relevant and innovative education programs that connect theory to the real world.
Learn more about how you can help us bridge the connection between theory and practice as we continue to develop business leaders for a better world.
Alumni and parents can provide an academic internship at their company, which allows students to receive a meaningful and real-world professional experience as part of their business education.

The VSB Mentor Program brings VSB students and alumni volunteers together in one-to-one relationships to support the student’s career and professional development goals. All student mentees and alumni mentors opt in and are paired based on the student’s primary field of interest, desired work location and mutual areas of interest. Mentors are role models, advisors, and door openers. They help student mentees explore, polish and prepare for professional life. to make mentoring part of your VSB experience.

VSB has more than 225 high-profile executives who currently serve on the school’s nine advisory councils.
VSB advisory councils provide strategy, significant advice, recommendations, and feedback on the important strategic initiatives such as curricula development, student initiatives, faculty research, stakeholder engagement, reputation, and external outreach. Advisory council members assist VSB with strengthening corporate relationships to increase internships and full-time positions. They also support VSB by making themselves available to speak in the classroom or to student business societies or at other VSB-sponsored programs and initiatives. VSB advisory councils do not serve as decision-making bodies.
