Missing Packages
All inquiries for missing packages must submitted to mailservices@villanova.edu using this form and contain the following information:
1) Tracking number of package
2) Date package was received on campus
3) Signature confirmation proof of delivery and name of the person that signed for the package.
4) We cannot accept package inquiries that do not have all requested information or incomplete forms.
Occasionally a package will come up missing. If this happens, please confirm with the carrier that the package was delivered to campus, and also signed for by a Mail Services employee. We will research the package and get back to you. Please note: Per University policy - Mail Services is not responsible for packages that are not signed for by a Mail Services employee.
