Meeting, Event and Camp Planners each will benefit from the one-stop-shop planning assistance offered by the Office of Conference Services. The professional staff's familiarity with campus facilities and services and local resources is invaluable throughout the planning process. 2024 Planner Handbooks
Conference Services strives to provide quality service to all of our Meeting and VU Coach Camp Planners and their guests. The Planner Handbooks and return Information Sheets are significant communication pieces intended to help plan for your stay on our campus and keep us informed of all of the details for each group鈥檚 arrangements.
Copies of all documents, along with group-specific return dates, are distributed to all Planners. To best serve each group, it is essential that completed Information Sheets are returned to Conference Services by the prescribed sequence of due dates.
