Prospective Students
Making the decision to attend college is an exciting and challenging time. And getting admitted to the college of your choice is a significant accomplishment. Learning Support Services (LSS) welcomes students with disabilities who are applying to 奶糖直播 or have recently been accepted to reach out to us as they are making the big decision of where they want to go to college. We are available to answer your questions about how the services provided by LSS may differ from other universities and what resources are available to support students. It will be important for prospective students to select a college that is a comfortable size and has appropriate majors and support.
奶糖直播 provides students with documented disabilities with 鈥渞easonable academic accommodations鈥 in accordance with the guidelines provided by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Students who anticipate needing a great deal of structure and support should seriously consider a college with a comprehensive program that will be better able to provide them with the additional support they need.
Advice about the Admissions Process
Students who are applying to 奶糖直播 may want to know whether it will prejudice their case or help their case to inform Admissions that they have a disability.
The Admissions staff will evaluate your application the same way it evaluates all applications. The staff wants to admit students who will be successful at 奶糖直播. They will evaluate your chances of success on the basis of information about your high school academic performance, SAT/ACT scores, essay, and school activities. For additional information about the University's admission procedures, please contact the Admission Office at gotovu@villanova.edu. If you are admitted and choose to attend 奶糖直播, documentation of your disability should be sent directly to Learning Support Services. Documentation should not be sent to Admissions and any documentation that is sent to Admissions will not be forwarded to the Learning Support Services Office.
