Civil Engineering Seniors Awards Moles Scholarships
In 2019, ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department entered into a new relationship with , a national fraternal organization dedicated to the heavy construction industry in the greater New York City area. Through a variety of programs, the students at 20 participating colleges and universities enjoy tremendous networking and learning opportunities related to tunnel, subway, sewer, foundation, marine and sub-aqueous projects. The Moles also support students through a Scholarships Fund, and this year ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Civil Engineering rising seniors Patrick Russo and Colin Donnelly were among the recipients.
This summer, Patrick, who is minoring in Engineering Entrepreneurship, is serving as a project manager intern for ARCO Design/Build. He spent last summer with K. Hovnanian Homes shadowing the construction manager. Colin is working with O'Donnell & Naccarato as a structural engineering intern.
