Karen Graziano J.D., M.A., is a leadership, writing, and communications professor, trainer, consultant, and coach. She specializes in teaching professionals how to maximize their own and their team’s potential by helping them understand strengths and motivation so they can develop a vision and action plan.
MARV MEISSNER
Marv Meissner is a Quality and Training Executive with 25+ years’ experience in leadership roles within both manufacturing and transactional and administrative environments,. Marv possesses a strong management background and his specialties include:Ìý Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Training, Training Within Industry (TWI), Kepner-Tregoe Analytic Troubleshooting.
In a recent Philly Mag article, Marv said “Change has never been happening as fast as it is now. A lot of companies are familiar with the types of subject matters taught, but they’ve not had structured training and education on those topics.â€
RALPH GIGLIOTTI
Ralph A. Gigliotti, Ph.D. is Director of Leadership Development and Research in the Center for Organizational Leadership at Rutgers University, where he also teaches in the Department of Communication and Ph.D. Program in Higher Education. Ralph’s research and consulting interests explore the intersection of organizational communication, leadership, crisis communication, and training and development within the context of higher education.
