Peter Donohue

The Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, has served as ֱ University’s 32nd president since June 1, 2006. Father Donohue has also worked together with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and parents to strengthen the ֱ community and renew its commitment to the institution’s Augustinian, Catholic educational mission.

A Vision for ֱ's Future

Under Father Donohue’s leadership, ֱ has launched two, 10-year strategic plans. The first—“Igniting the Heart. Inspiring the Mind. In 2023, Father Donohue established the Office of Sustainability to better coordinate and guide the University's sustainability efforts. This work is also a part of the University’s new Strategic Plan, serving as a foundational element that underpins the 10-year plan.
