Dr. Gerry Brandon holds both an MS and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a BA in Psychology. Gerry is currently the Director of the Graduate Programs in HRD at ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University and is a Teaching Professor in the program. He has over 17 years of experience as an HR manager while working for the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA), as well as prior experience teaching at Gettysburg College.
Geoffrey Marczyk, PhD

Geff holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology, Medical College of Pennsylvania Hahnemann University, Juris Doctorate in Law and MS in Human Organization Science from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University, and a MA in Counseling Psychology, Immaculate University. He has over 25 years of experience in consulting, human resources, and higher education. He began his career as a faculty member at Widener University and then transitioned to Vanguard as a Principal and part of the HR executive team. Prior to joining HRD, he was an Associate Vice President of Organizational Development and Change Management at Infosys, a global technology and business process management provider.

Heather earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec Canada. She has an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BS in Public Health Education and Psychology. Heather has worked in various project management roles in health promotion and health care communications in public and private health care settings.

Bethany holds a BA in Psychology, MA in Organizational Management, and the SHRM-SCP certification. She began her career working in training and development and HR in the restaurant and retail industries. She has experience in both small, privately-owned businesses and large, Fortune 500 organizations. She currently serves as the Associate Director of Marketing, Strategy, and Student Success in ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥'s HRD program. She hosts the program podcast, HR Tea.

She is currently the Associate Director of Program Operations and Faculty Administration for ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥â€™s HRD program and has served in various roles in higher education administration and publishing throughout her career.

She has worked in higher education serving in Director and Assistant Director positions for Nursing and Healthcare programs at local colleges. Sheila is currently an Assistant Director of Student Services in ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥â€™s HRD program.

Her prior experience includes working in Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles before moving into higher education. Keith holds a BS in Speech Communication from Millersville University. He is pursuing a Professional Certificate in Information Systems and Technology through ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥â€™s College of Professional Studies. Keith is currently the Program Coordinator for the HRD Program and has a client services background.

Kyle Ali, MBA

Kyle earned his undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Missouri and holds an MBA from Baylor University and a Professional Certificate in Negotiation from Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies. As a Talent Development Senior Program Manager at Google, he leads a team and partners with stakeholders to build a diverse pipeline of future computer science professionals through unique educational programs, such as Code Next and Computer Science Summer Institute. In previous roles at Google, Kyle has played a significant role shaping team cultures and strategy.

Doug holds an MS in Counseling Psychology and a BS in Education. He has over 30 years of HR experience. Currently, Doug is a Management Consultant and Certified Executive Coach. Previously, Doug was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for a large health care system located in New Jersey. He has been an adjunct faculty member at ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ for over 20 years. In 2015, he was named the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year.Â

Keith received a BA in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University and a Juris Doctorate from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University School of Law. Keith is currently the Founder and Principal at Employment Practices Outsourcing. Previously he was Vice President of Human Resources for Philadelphia Media Network, owner of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com where he practiced labor and employment law. Prior to this he was a member of the legal department of Zeneca Corporation (later AstraZeneca).
Melinda Bremley, PhD

Melinda holds a BS in Industrial Psychology and an MS and Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Currently she is Partner at Chapman & Company Leadership Institute and Principal at Bremley Partners Consulting. Melinda brings over 20 years of professional consulting experience and extensive experience helping organizations set up and maintain strong, predictive assessment systems. Melinda research interests include the analysis of personality, leadership, and problem-solving and their impact on executive success.
Ronald Harris Bordelon, PhD, PHR, CPM

Ron holds an MS in Human Resource Development from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University and a PhD in Global Leadership and Organizational Development from the Indiana Institute of Technology. He is currently Chairman of the Louisiana Department Public Facilities Authority. Ron brings a unique blend of both public and private sector approaches to organizational development.

Terri holds an EdD and MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama. She is the Founding Director of the Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women’s Leadership and an associate professor of Education and Counseling at ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University. The McNulty Institute was created to foster women’s advancement through education, advocacy, community-building and the collaborative creation of new knowledge, and seeks to be a premier, nationally-recognized organization with groundbreaking scholarship and innovative programs that advance women as leaders.

Sue received her BA in Psychology from Montclair State University and her MS in Human Resource Development from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University. She was an HR Executive Advisor at SAP SuccessFactors helping clients to maximize the value of integrated Human Resource planning. Sue is a valued speaker and panelist in HR Forums, including her role as a keynote speaker at the Workforce Analytics Conference, presentations at the HR CHRO Summit, and more. With over 30 years of global HR executive experience, Sue has worked across multiple industries including financial services, regulated utilities, insurance, pharmaceutical and software/services.

Luis holds an MS in Human Resource Development from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ and an MS in Organization and Management from Capella University. Luis is the President and Owner of Beacon Associates, LLC, and Chief Human Resource Officer at mPhase Technologies. Previously he was Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at Universal Lighting Technologies. Luis is a global HR executive with 20+ years of international experience, particularly in China, Mexico, and Canada.

Andrew earned his DBA in Organizational Leadership and his MBA in Human Resources from Walden University and his BS in Business Administration from Millersville University. He is the head of Human Capital Strategy at SOPHIA GENETICS and previously led the Workforce Analytics at TE Connectivity. He has had a long career in human resources and finance in manufacturing, higher education, and financial institutions. Andrew is also an adjunct faculty member at Stevenson University where he teaches Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Business Writing.

Todd holds an MBA in Organizational Development and Change Management from Georgetown University and a BS in Finance from Le Moyne College. Todd is the Senior Vice President, Inclusion, Sustainability & Community at Carhartt. Previously he was Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer for OhioHealth and served as the first-ever global corporate officer in charge of diversity and inclusion at Abercrombie & Fitch. Todd serves at Board Chair for the National Society of High School Scholars Foundation and on the Diversity Advisory Board for the American Heart Association.

Amanda holds a PhD in Business Administration, specializing in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, a M.S. in HR Development from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University, and B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Penn State. Amanda is currently the Director of Platform Program Management at GSK. Her consulting background has led her to partner with a variety of organizations across a number of industries to drive organizational effectiveness by transforming leadership teams, enhancing skills and capability, establishing learning cultures, creating high-impact change management programs, and implementing game changing technology.

Jodi holds an MS in Human Resource Development from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University. She is currently the Chief Human Resource Officer at Frontline Education and was CHRO at Certara and Senior VP of HR at Nobel Learning. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Penn State Brandywine, CityLit, and Philly SHRM. Jodi brings nearly 30 years of progressive HR leadership and expertise in growth, culture, and engagement.

Melodie holds her MBA in Management Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University and has a BS in Accounting. She is currently a Global HRIS Reporting and Analytics Manager at Pfizer. She has over 30 years of HR and finance experience in various industries including pharmaceutical, consulting, utilities, and manufacturing. Her expertise lies in HRIS systems including project planning, implementations, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Annemarie holds a Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law. She is currently a Staff Attorney for the Pennsylvania State Education Association, a labor organization representing more than 180,000 members. Prior to her employment at PSEA, she was an associate in the litigation department of Fox Rothschild LLP. Her practice focuses on Labor and Education Law.
Angela Francesco, JD, SPHR, GPHR

Angela earned her Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law after receiving her undergraduate degree from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University. She has taught at ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ since 1999 in the School of Business with MBA and undergrad students, in the HRD Masters Degree program, and in HR certificate programs. She also taught at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in the undergraduate part time degree program and executive education certificate programs. Angela has extensive experience in Human Resources in the pharmaceutical industry and in health care, as Vice President of HR.

He is currently the Managing Director of Wharton Online, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Previously he was the Director of Online Programs at the ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ School of Business. Eric teaches graduate courses in administrative communication and leadership ethics for multiple programs in ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥â€™s College of Liberal Arts & Sciences and College of Professional Studies.
Brendan D. Hennessy, JD

Brendan earned his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law and holds a BS in History from St. Joseph’s University. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Brendan serves as an adjunct professor teaching employment law. In addition to teaching, he actively practices law on behalf of employers and employees. In the past fifteen years, he has handled hundreds of cases representing clients in court as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC). Brendan also serves as a pro bono mediator with the EEOC.

She is the CEO of Spring International and brings 25 years of experience conducting research and providing solutions to organizations with specific expertise in employee engagement, employee relations and people analytics.

Kelly earned his BA in Business Administration from Temple University and his Master’s degree from Rutgers University. Kelly is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and the Director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion at The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Previously he was the strategic advisor for people and inclusion at Alleghany Corporation and held key leadership roles at Aramark, Lockheed Martin, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Kelly brings 25 years of experience in strategic human resources and operations.

Bryan is an executive leader responsible for driving strategic change in Enterprise Investment Services and Fund Services & Oversight at Vanguard Investments. Bryan has 30 years of financial services industry experience. He has held leadership positions in Finance, International, Information Technology and Planning & Development functions in the US and Australia. He is a FINRA-licensed registered securities representative.

Lyle earned his PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a BA in Psychology and an MS focused on Measurement, Evaluation, and Statistical Analysis. Lyle is a Research Manager at the Economic Research Institute. Lyle has worked as a researcher and product manager at ERI since 2004 focusing on salary surveys, executive compensation, cost of living, and job analysis.

Anabel holds a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. She is the Vice President of Global Rewards, Global Foundaries and was the SVP of Total Rewards at M&T Bank. Prior to M&T, Anabel was the VP of Compensation and Benefits at Armstrong World Industries where she was responsible for thinking differently about Armstrong’s Total Rewards and developing innovative strategy, design, and communication of worldwide Compensation and Benefits programs.

Joe is a learning and development professional with over 20 years of human resource management and development experience holding leadership positions in the manufacturing, technology, and financial services industries.

Rick holds an MBA from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University and a BS degree in Finance from Penn State University. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 20+ years at The Vanguard Group. As a senior executive at Vanguard, Rick served as a Principal and Divisional CFO for several of Vanguard’s largest commercial divisions, including the International Division. In addition to leading finance organizations, Rick also led several large Operational Groups and Contact Centers.

Wesley earned his Doctorate in Education at the Graduate School of Education, University of Pennsylvania, a M.Ed. from Temple University, and a BA in English with a concentration in Business and Technical Writing from the University of Delaware. He has worked as a Speech Writer to the first female President of the University of Pennsylvania, Director of Multicultural Recruitment at the University of Pennsylvania and as the Executive Administrator and Youth Pastor of a large, urban church in Philadelphia. Wesley’s fields of study include the recruitment and retention of African American undergraduate students at Predominantly White Institutions (PWIs) and newly formed nonprofit organizations that need management and administration guidance.

Jameel holds an MS in Organizational Leadership and Development from St. Joseph's University and a BS in Business Administration from Temple University. Jameel is the Director of Inclusion Programs at Google and was the Vice President Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Philadelphia Inquirer and Associate Vice President, Diversity and Campus Programs at Aramark. Jameel has been recognized numerous times for his work in the Philadelphia and HR community. Jameel also serves as an adjunct professor at Temple University.
Nicholas Stanley, MS

Nick is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and holds a Juris Doctorate from Stanford University School of Law. He has worked in human resources for 14 years, first at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and now at Vanguard. At BCG, Nick focused on organizational design and HR systems in the context of mergers and other major corporate transactions and had the opportunity to work in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria. At Vanguard, Nick has held a number of senior roles, including leading the firm’s organizational consulting team supporting expansion into a number of markets and serving as Head of HR for the Institutional business.

She is the Vice President of Human Resources at Arcadia University. Prior to that she was the Senior Vice President of HR for the Mid/South region of Trinity Health System, Vice President for Human Resources and Director of Colleague Benefits at St. Mary’s Medical Center and HR consultant and insurance broker at PROXUS HR.

Patti earned a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Adult Education from the University of South Florida and an MS in Human Resource Development from Temple University. She is the Founder and CEO of Profit by Design, HR Consulting (PDHR), specializing in leadership coaching and development. With over 20 years in leadership roles as a human resources executive, she has led results driven projects in ISO and FDA regulated industries, with a culture focus on high performing organizations. Her research interests are in leadership effectiveness, self-awareness, and organizational commitment.
Enio E. Velazco, PhD

Enio holds both a PhD and an MS degree from Case Western Reserve University, an MS degree from Rutgers University, and a BS degree from Universidad de Lima. He did post-doctoral work at the Harvard Business School, the Wharton Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Enio is a professor in the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and was the Vice President of HR Strategy and Business Transformation advisory services at SAP. Prior to joining the German multinational, he led global HR transformations in the manufacturing, technology, and consulting industries. He partnered in the design and rollout of several enterprise-wide talent management, leadership development, post-merger integration, organizational restructuring, learning, and culture transformation programs. Enio is a popular conference speaker, a published author, and a board director. His areas of interest include strategic human resources, talent management, learning, organizational development, and business analytics.

He is Managing Director, Human Capital Practice at Achieve Next and was the President and Chief Relationship Officer of The Relational Capital Group. He consults with and speaks for corporations and associations across the globe with a client list that is a Who’s Who of Fortune 500 companies. He is the author of Fares to Friends, Creating Relational Capital, Business Relationships That Last, and his most recent #1 Bestseller The Relationship Engine. In addition, Ed is also on the Executive Education faculty of Drexel’s LeBow College of Business.
Matthew B. White, MBA, SPHR

Matt holds an MBA from ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University, and a BS in Psychology from Mary Washington University. He is the Vice President of Human Resources-North and Latin America PSA BDP and was the Director of Human Resources - North America for BDP International. Prior to this he was the Director of HR at Aqua America. Matt has specialized experience and knowledge in the functional areas of Employee/Labor Relations, HRIS/Payroll Systems, Compensation/Classification, Recruitment, Benefits, Budgeting, Training and Change Management. Matt possesses a strong background in counseling, coaching and mentoring employees, managers, and company officers.
