Women's Pellegrinaggio Augustiniano
Join us as we walk in the footsteps of the women who shaped Augustine’s life and influenced his legacy. Strengthen your connection to ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University’s Augustinian mission on this transformative journey, exploring significant sites in Augustine’s life.
For more than 180 years, ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ has transformed the hearts and minds of all those who join our community. The Augustinian ideals of truth, unity, and love have shaped our past, guided our present, and will propel us into the future. Though not always obvious, women played a strong leadership role in Augustine’s life and legacy—from those who helped shaped Augustine’s thoughts during his life and ministry, to those living by the Augustinian Rule.
This trip has been planned to provide numerous opportunities for learning, reflection, hospitality, and fellowship—a chance to explore our own experiences and leadership, and to connect with others on the same journey, no matter how different it might look from our own. We will explore the lives of women leading through their influence and impact, and will seek to discern our own approaches to leadership. Interspersed with our theological and spiritual explorations, we will reflect how our values serve as the foundation for our own unique leadership development and share experiences with each other on our journey.
