DEGREE REQUIREMENTS
The Master of Science in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering program (MSWREE) requires:
- A minimum of 30 earned semester credits of graduate work, with a minimum of 21 graduate credits in Civil and Environmental Engineering courses
- Two (2) Environmental Engineering courses from the following: CEE 7511, 7513, 7701, 8707, 8708
- Two (2) Water Resources courses from the following: CEE 7111, 8501, 8502, 8503, 8508, 8511 (NOTE: CEE 7111 is only for students who do not have a BS in Civil Engineering.)
- One of the following: CEE 8502, 8508, 8511, 8707, 8708
- Choice of a thesis track or non-thesis track
- A Plan of Study, which must be approved by the advisor and chairperson prior to the completion of the student's first semester of graduate study
- Students may develop an interdisciplinary MSWREE degree program that includes geotechnical engineering courses
