Sustainability is an integral part of all that ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Dining Services does. From buying ingredients, to prepping and serving food, to what happens after your meal, we promote and implement environmentally friendly practices throughout our operations.

Care for our planet is an integral part of our Augustinian Catholic heritage. The ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ Sustainability Plan integrates the University’s value-centered principles with environmental stewardship, promoting inclusion of all members of the University and impacting all aspects of sustainability.

Reusable products help to reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. You can do your part by choosing our resident dining halls, using refillable water bottles and now coffee mugs, which can earn you a discount on your coffee purchase at Holy Grounds.
