As an assistant athletic director for Compliance, director of the Athletic Department’s initiative for diversity, equity and inclusion, and staff adviser to , an organization of Black student-athletes, Grace has a unique lens on their experiences.Â
In these roles, he is also a leader in the University’s efforts to create a more diverse, anti-racist and inclusive environment in Athletics and across campus, to ensure that all feel at home at ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥.
