LSS and ADS will continue to operate separate offices, provide students with disabilities with accommodations, and test centers (Falvey Test Center and ADS Test Center) for students with testing accommodations.

We expect students with testing accommodations to take their tests on the same day and time as their class, unless there is a scheduling conflict due to a student's schedule (i.e., back-to-back classes) or proctoring availability.
If a student needs to schedule a test on a day or time that is different than the class time, professors must confirm that this new time is acceptable.
Students will not be able to change the test time within the ClockWork system after they have submitted the initial request. They will need to contact the Falvey Test Center, the ADS Test Center, or the Tolentine Test Center to make these changes and will be reminded to contact you directly about these changes. Yes, you can, but we recommend that you upload your test to as it is a more secure system. Please refer to the guidelines on How to Confirm Student's Test Request to learn how to confirm and upload a test in ClockWork.
Tests that are uploaded to ClockWork can be viewed by the Falvey Test Center, the ADS Test Center, and the Tolentine Test Center if multiple students are taking tests in the different test services for a specific class.
It is the student’s responsibility to request the accommodations they need for a specific test. They are expected to coordinate with the LSS run Falvey Test Center or the ADS Test Center, depending on where they are registered, if they need to take a proctored test. You are welcome to check in with your students to remind them that they should do this and determine whether they want to use their accommodations for this test.
It is the student’s responsibility to schedule a test with the Falvey Test Center, the ADS Test Center, or the Tolentine Test Center. Ideally students should request to take a test with a testing service before we receive a copy of the test from the professor. If you do send us a test before your students have scheduled it, we will hold on to the test and will destroy it if your students do not schedule a time to take the test.
If a student is registered with LSS, please refer to our Alternative Proctoring Solutions to learn about the various options to proctor students with testing accommodations if it is afterhours, LSS is not open, and you are not able to proctor the student yourself.
If a student is registered with ADS, please email ods@villanova.edu to discuss alternative proctoring solutions for students with testing accommodations, if it is afterhours, ADS is not open, and you are not able to proctor the student yourself.
If a student is not registered with LSS or ADS, faculty will have the option of having students take their test with the Tolentine Test Center on a different day or time or will need to work with their department to determine a proctoring solution. (Students registered with LSS or ADS will also be able to schedule tests with the Tolentine Test Center if the LSS run Falvey Test Center and the ADS Test Center not open or available at the time when a student needs to be proctored.) As the Tolentine Test Center is open after typical business hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Open 1 p.m. – 9 p.m.), this should provide greater availability for students.
