Employee Tuition Assistance or Reimbursement

EdAssist by Bright Horizons

ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ University has partnered with EdAssist by Bright Horizons® to help you take the next step in your education journey. Employees of participating organizations receive a 15% tuition savings and waived application fees on eligible ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥ programs.

Corporation Tuition Assistance & Deferred Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance and deferred payment plans can help you finance your education. Please consult with your employer to determine eligibility and specific reimbursement procedures, including any required documentation.

Military Benefits

Military service members and veterans may be eligible for tuition payment/assistance through the Department of Veterans Affairs under the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill® or other benefits.

Payment Plans

CPS students enrolled in a non-credit program and/or any individual non-credit course may participate in a payment plan.

Payment plans are offered through Nelnet Campus Commerce and students are encouraged to reach out to Nelnet directly through the .

Please note:

  • Payment plans are available for Fall, Spring and Summer.
  • Payments must be made over the course of 2-5 months, depending on when you enroll in the plan.
  • There is an additional $45 payment plan fee for each semester.

Overdue Accounts

Students are responsible for payment of all charges on their student account. If a student has an overdue obligation, registration for an additional course or program will not be permitted, and certificates or other credentialing will not be released.

Overdue obligations may be referred to an outside agency or to an attorney for collection efforts and/or legal suit, the debt is increased to cover all reasonable costs of collection including collection fees, court costs and attorney fees.

PAY ONLINE

The billing process varies among our professional education programs. Some students may be required to pay for all or a portion of their courses during the registration process and others may be billed after registration is complete. Some programs require a deposit to secure their seat.

Those students who have a balance after any prepayment will receive an additional bill electronically, available via their V-Bill account. Students and authorized users are able to view billing statements and make secured payments electronically. You can also print official statements for self and employer use. Once you receive your confirmation and VU ID #, you may log ontoÌýto create your account and then view/pay your bill electronically.
