4-Year NROTC Scholarship Information
The NROTC Scholarship application portal is hosted by the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). Please use the website portal below to start your application process. Additionally, feel free to contact our Freshman Advisor.
College Program (Incoming Freshman/Current Students)
If you are an incoming freshman without a scholarship or current student at ÄÌÌÇÖ±²¥, there are options to join our unit. Please contact our Freshman Advisor to begin this process.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Navy Option Midshipmen are required to complete the following courses while enrolled in the NROTC program: eight semesters of Naval Science, two semesters of Calculus, two semesters of Physics, one semester of American History/National Security Policy, and one semester of World Culture and Regional Studies. Naval Science courses are completed in the sequence listed below.

Marine Option Midshipmen are required to complete the following courses while enrolled in the NROTC program: 6 semesters of Naval Science, 1 semester of American History/National Security Policy, and 1 semester of World Culture and Regional Studies. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Midshipmen are expected to establish individual fitness programs aimed at achieving increasing levels of endurance and general physical conditioning while at NROTC Unit Philadelphia and throughout their Navy/Marine Corps careers. The effort and initiative shown in this regard is a direct measure of aptitude for service as a commissioned officer.
Navy option midshipmen are required to take the Navy PFA once each semester.
The PFA events shall be completed in the following sequence: push-ups, forearm plank and 1.5-mile run. The minimum standards for the Navy PFA are:
Push-ups
Females: 21
Males: 47
Forearm Plank
Females: 2:05
Males 2:05
1.5 Mile Run
Females: 14:15
Males: 12:00
Marine option midshipmen are required to take the Marine PFT once each semester.
The PFT consists of three events in the following sequence: pull-ups, crunches, and 3-mile run. The minimum standards for the PFT are:
