MA IN MATHEMATICS
Mathematics plays an essential part in every area of modern technology. Recognizing this diverse and important role of mathematics, the Department of Mathematics and Statistics offers a flexible Master of Arts in Mathematics graduate program built on a core of required courses and a wide range of specialized electives. The MA in Mathematics is ideal for those who have completed undergraduate coursework through multivariate calculus and linear algebra, and is a gateway to a multitude of in-demand careers and entrance to top PhD programs.
Students may complete their degree on a full or part-time basis, and have the flexibility to take elective courses in the MS in Applied Statistics program.
We also offer Graduate and Post-Master's Certificates in Math.
